Inaugural Ahinsa Lecture by Scilla Elworthy
October 6, 2016: Dr. Elworthy called for establishing permanent United Nations Emergency Peace Service, an alliance of country to prevent war atrocities, genocide and crimes against humanity. She presented a detailed budgetary calculation of $1,750,000,000 to bring this global Peace Plan into action.
