#KindnessMatters: Leaving a footprint of Kindness on the planet

Raven is one of the key organisers for SchoolStrike4Climate New Zealand, along with Sophie Hanford and over 30 community youth leaders from across New Zealand. The first strike happened on the 15th of March 2019 then again on the 24th of May and then on 27th September with approximately 80,000 people protesting in Auckland and 40,000 in Wellington; the country’s capital. The third protest that took place in September has gone down in New Zealand history as the highest protest numbers to be recorded. Nationally, there were 170,000 people on “strike” to demand action on the climate crisis across the country, which amounts to 3.5% of the total population.
