Meet the Policymaker

Meet Ambassador Antonio Novoa, Honorary President of the University of Lisbon, and Professor of Education, with two Ph.D. degrees. Further, he was awarded Honorary Doctorates or Professorships in several countries, namely Portugal, Brazil and China (Macau). He currently serves as the Ambassador of Portugal to UNESCO and member of the International Commission on the Futures of Education. Meet the Ambasador in the TAGe dialogue on the August 31, 2020.
