New Social Contract for Education in the Mixed Reality
While there are common competencies that all people should be motivated to develop, human beings are unique, and therefore their needs and paths towards these competencies can be distinct. Education’s promise to fully develop the personalities of all individuals can only be achieved when individual learners’ needs are acknowledged and addressed. This panel brings together experts from the field of technology, education philosophy, and neuroscience, as well as relevant stakeholders such as teachers and youth, to discuss how to operationalise a “personalized” education in the mixed-reality.
