She is the founder of Social Entrepreneurship project Galaxy Bazaar which has earned more than Rupees 1,08,00,000 ( $ 1,66,000) to provide free quality education to girls from underprivileged section of the community. Another project is the Innovative Product and Marketing Competition which has inspired her students to create more than 150 socially useful innovative products to make this world a better place.
Her innovative classroom practices have won her many international accolades including $ 1 Million Global Teacher Prize 50 Finalist, ASCD Outstanding Young Educator Award, ISTE Outstanding Educator Award, Forbes Good Samaritan Award, Google Innovative Educator, Microsoft Fellow, UNESCO SDG Global Teacher Ambassador amongst others.
